By enrolling in the Multimedia Design (MULTDSN) course, you acknowledge that continuous participation in the official Learning Management System (Google Classroom and the University LMS) is required until final grades are formally released. Leaving, unenrolling, or disabling access before grading may result in dropping, incomplete records, or loss of academic credit.

You further confirm that you have personally accessed and reviewed your enrollment status through the official PLMUN Student Portal, which serves as the University's primary and authoritative platform for student records, subject registration, and academic status.

By proceeding, you formally declare that:

  • You have verified that this course appears in your registered subjects for the current semester.
  • You understand that only students with confirmed enrollment in the PLMUN system are eligible to receive grades and academic credit for this course.
  • You acknowledge that attendance, submissions, and completion of requirements will not result in a grade if you are not officially enrolled in the system.

You are bound by the University Code of Conduct in all learning environments, including online classes, face-to-face sessions, LMS communications, group work, and presentations. Respectful communication and professional behavior are mandatory at all times.

Any form of misconduct, disrespect, disruption, harassment, or academic dishonesty may result in immediate referral to the Guidance Office and consultation with the Program Head or Dean, in accordance with University disciplinary procedures.

By giving your consent to this policy, you formally affirm that you will demonstrate responsible academic behavior by carefully reviewing and understanding all course announcements, instructions, and activity guidelines before raising questions or concerns. You commit to consulting posted materials, directions, and rubrics first, recognizing that most procedures, requirements, and answers are already clearly explained in these resources. You further pledge to maintain thoughtful, respectful, and well-informed communication at all times in both face-to-face and online class environments.

This declaration and agreement shall serve as official confirmation that you are aware of your academic responsibilities, your verified enrollment status, and the institutional policies governing this course.
